	This registration form can be used for all OBH tournaments.
	Please complete the form, then look it over carefully before pressing the Submit button.
	Your registration will automatically be forwarded to the Tournament Secretary.
	See the tournament information page for pre- registration & registration deadlines.
	Your discounted entry fee will be allowed as long as your electronic submission is received prior to the registration deadlines.
	If you pre-register electronically you may pay at the tournament site before the tournament begins or
