• A tournament cancellation refund will be granted as long as you notify the Tournament Secretary by the posted Deadline.

• Shipping fees are $7.00 per Plaque Award and will be mailed using a Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope.
• Shipping fees are $1.00 per Pin/Ribbon Award and will be mailed using standard First Class Letter non machinable Rate Envelope.
• If you have more than one award please submit a payment for each award.
• You will have the option of making a payment using PayPal or a Credit Card.
