Bugles,
grunts, squeals and cow talk was the sounds to be heard Saturday
at the Oregon Bowhunter's Events Weekend on March 1st.
The crowd enjoyed the realistic sounds of several elk
caller contestants.
During the two minute presentation by the contestant you
would have believed there was a elk heard with a magnificent
bull elk surrounding you.
The adrenaline spiked with the realistic sounds and you
could see on the faces of the crowd the yearning for the hunt.
This was the 1st annual Oregon State Elk Calling
Contest...don’t miss out next year, practice you calls and
